3. Purchases and Payment
We accept payments through our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to provide that information to third parties to facilitate the transaction. For custom consulting or custom software licenses, you agree to pay the amount specified at checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, website, and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by SoftStore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SoftStore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.
